Shoe Drawing

Shoe Drawing
To draw these shoes, I used contour line drawing. To get the idea of contour line drawing, we practiced in our sketchbooks. I drew several shoes to practice for this project. When you're drawing these shoes, you're supposed to keep your eyes mainly on the shoes instead of your paper. Your pencil should barely ever come off the paper. I chose to draw my favorite shoes, my Jack Rogers. I had to wear these shoes to school every day in order to be able to use them during art and use them as a visual to draw from. After I finished drawing the shoes, I then shaded in some areas on the shoe to make it look more realistic. I drew my shoes' shoe box behind it to add to the drawing.
